ALEJANDRO GARNACHO has sent Manchester United a blunt message about his future.
The winger has been frozen out by Ruben Amorim and is expected to leave this summer.
But Garnacho only wants to move to one team - Chelsea.
And transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed Garnacho is prepared to stay at Old Trafford and not play if he does not get his desired move.
He told DAZN: "The message coming from the player is, Chelsea or nothing. Chelsea or I stay here and I don't play football for the next six or 12 months."
He adds Chelsea have stepped up talks for Garnacho having already agreed personal terms.
United initially set an asking price of £70million for the wantaway Argentina international.
But despite interest from Chelsea and Napoli no bid has been forthcoming, leading the Red Devils to drop their price to £50m.
Garnacho has spent recent weeks goading United with online outbursts after being told he was not part of Amorim’s plans.
When fellow exile Marcus Rashford sealed a loan move to Barcelona, he reacted with a post saying: “Let’s gooooo”.
On the orders of Amorim, Garnacho and other members of the Old Trafford “bomb squad” have been kept away from first-team training.
He and three other unwanted players - Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia - have been working separately from the squad that returned from the pre-season tour of the USA.
