19' Sokratis goes off injured, replaced by Mustafi

Mustafi replaces Sokratis who injured his left foot during a fall.

31' GOAL! Arsenal 0-1 Man Utd (Sanchez)

Sanchez bites the hand that used to feed him, but a stunning bit of composure from Lukaku has a big hand in United's opener. The Belgian forward looks certain to shoot from 20 yards and three Arsenal defenders inexplicably race towards him to close him down.

Instead, he spots Sanchez's run in behind and slots the ball through to him. He's comfortably onside and rounds Cech before squeezing the ball in from a tight angle.

33' GOAL! Arsenal 0-2 Man Utd (Lingard)

Goals are proving like buses in this game. Arsenal bomb forward on the attack, but when United win the ball on the edge of their own box they counter like a rocket. A long pass out to Lukaku on the right is perfect for the forward, who races away with Kolasinac upfield.

From the edge of the area he crosses in low for Lingard, who slots inside the near post with a silky finish.

43' GOAL! Arsenal 1-2 Man Utd (Aubameyang)

They can muster a response! Iwobi drags Young out of position down the left and feeds Ramsey on the overlap. He races into the box, holds off a weak challenge from Matic and rolls it across the six-yard line, where Aubameyang taps in at the far post.

45' SAVE! Romero denies Ramsey's header

WHAT A SAVE! Maitland-Nilesgets some more joy down the right and lifts it in to Ramsey, who is no more than five yards out. He heads goalwards but is denied by a big hand from Romero, who tips it over with sensational speed.

82' GOAL! Arsenal 1-3 Man Utd (Martial)

Game, set and match United. Again it's a rapid break from the visitors who launch another stunning counter to seal their place in round four. A square ball midway inside the United half is cut out by Pogba and he races forward, with Martial and Rashford flanking him either side.

Rashford looks best-placed to shoot but Pogba goes alone and fires in a shot from 20 yards which Cech can't get enough on to force wide. He palms it straight into Martial's path and he fires home.

Match Report

Alexis Sanchez scored on his return to Arsenal in a 3-1 victory for Manchester United in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

United were not at their best but quickfire goals in the first half from Sanchez and Jesse Lingard, both of which were set up by Romelu Lukaku, gave them a 2-0 lead at the Emirates Stadium on Friday.

Arsenal hit back through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang but could not find a way to beat David de Gea's deputy Sergio Romero again, with Anthony Martial's late third wrapping it up for United.

Victory for United means they have won eight games out of eight in all competitions under Solskjaer, while opposite number Unai Emery will rue injuries to defenders Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Laurent Koscielny.
