Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry will miss next week's Champions League quarter-final second leg against Arsenal in Germany after picking up a hamstring injury in Tuesday's thrilling 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium.

The former Gunners attacker levelled the scoring in the first half before limping off in the 70th minute. While Gnabry is due to undergo further testing in Munich, the German international is now set for a spell on the sidelines and it's understood he will likely be out for up to three weeks - possibly more.
Thomas Tuchel said: "It’s a hamstring injury. It doesn’t look good for the second leg." Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreese also added on Gnabry: "He scored a fantastic goal. Wishing you a speedy recovery, especially after today's fantastic performance."
The 28-year-old attacker was a threat for Bayern all evening on his old stomping ground having made just 10 senior appearances for Arsenal before leaving for Werder Bremen in 2016.
Yet despite his affiliation to the Gunners, he still celebrated his clinical strike and that helped stir up the atmosphere inside the Emirates where only Arsenal fans were present.
Tuchel was left furious with referee Glenn Nyberg after he refused to award Bayern a penalty when Gabriel Magalhaes innocuously picked up the ball in the box to take a free-kick, which in Tuchel's view, had already been taken by goalkeeper David Raya.
The former Chelsea boss told Amazon Prime: "I think we could have won. I think it was a 100 per cent penalty that we didn't get. It's an extremely good opponent. Extremely good spectators, but a below-average referee. Little things all went in one direction, every physical contact was whistled away. Arsenal players could complain as they wanted.
"It was also a crystal clear hand penalty. He says to our players it was a 'kids mistake' - 'I won't whistle that in a Champions League quarter-final'. That's a completely new way of interpreting the rules. That's simply incredible and audacious."
Bukayo Saka, who also had a last-gasp penalty claim waved away after he went down following contact with Manuel Neuer, opened the scoring in the first half with a ruthless curling finish.
But Gnabry was on hand to level things up before Harry Kane slotted home a second from the penalty spot after William Saliba fouled Leroy Sane.
However, Arsenal refused to give up and their perseverance was eventually rewarded in the second half when Leandro Trossard fired them level following exceptional footwork from Gabriel Jesus.
The tie will be settled next Wednesday at the Allianz Arena where Manchester City or Real Madrid [3-3] will await the victors in the last four.
