2019/2020 UEFA Champions League

Match Report
Raheem Sterling came off the bench to inspire Manchester City to a 2-0 Champions League win at home to Dinamo Zagreb.
The Croatian champions were buoyant after a 4-0 thrashing of Atalanta in their Group C opener and the visitors held firm until midway through the second half at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday.
Sterling's close-range finish and pass for Foden to score in added time ensured Pep Guardiola's side, who toiled without their injured playmaker Kevin De Bruyne, top the group with a maximum six points from their two games.

13' Aguero misses a golden chance!
Bernardo Silva blasts over from outside the area! Firstly, there is an unlucky ricochet from Dilaver inside his own half which sends the ball back towards his goalkeeper and Aguero is straight on to it. He tries to round Livakovic but the keeper makes a good save. Then, it comes to Silva who takes a touch before shooting over the bar.
22' NICE SHOT! Gundogan's shot hits the bar
OFF THE BAR! Silva has the ball inside the area on the left and he puts a low ball into the box which two attackers leave. Behind them is Gundogan, who comes running on to the ball and powers a shot which cannons off the top of the bar and goes out for a goal-kick. City are getting closer!
23' SO CLOSE! Silva's shot wide out
That should be in for City that time! Mendy whips a cross in from the left edge of the box and it gets a couple of ricochets - including one from Dilaver - before it falls to Silva. The midfielder takes one touch and with Livakovic over the other side of his goal, he has a lot of the net to aim at.
66' GOAL! Man City 1-0 Dinamo Zagreb (Sterling)
GOAL! Sterling opens the scoring for City! It's a wonderful move which sees Rodri pass low from the edge of the area out to the left touchline and into the path of Mahrez. Mahrez then plays another low cross straight across the face of goal where Sterling just gets ahead of Dilaver to tap home from about six yards out!
86' SAVE! Livakovic denies Mahrez' shot
PALMED AWAY! It's ever so close for City. Sterling gets in down the left and cuts a low ball into the centre of the box. The on-rushing Mahrez gets a touch on it, trying to guide it into the far post with Livakovic at his near post, but the keeper scrambles across to save.
90' GOAL! Man City 2-0 Dinamo Zagreb (Foden)
GOAL! Phil Foden wraps it up for City with a goal deep into stoppage time! The hosts break on a slick counter-attack and Sterling has Rodri to his left and Foden to his right. He chooses right, and Foden takes one touch before rifling a powerful shot past Livakovic from just inside the edge of the area!
