Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel has refused to comment on a possible move for Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante.

Kante, who enjoyed lifting World Cup with France this summer, has been linked with a big-money move to the French champions ahead of the new season.

PSG star Kylian Mbappe admitted to leaving notes in Kante's pocket in a bid to lure him to the French capital during the World Cup in Russia but Tuchel has insisted that it is 'not fair' to speak about other club's players in regards to transfers.

'It is not fair and I do not like, and I do not like it if other coaches talk about situations of players who are playing for other clubs,' Tuchel said.

'So there is no comment on Kante, of course, not for the transfer window.'

While Tuchel is refusing to comment on certain players coming into the club, the German is confident that Edinson Cavani will not be leaving for Real Madrid.

The Uruguayan striker has been linked with filling the hole left by Cristiano Ronaldo after his sensational £100million move to Juventus.

However, speaking after PSG beat Atletico Madrid 3-2 in the International Champions Cup, Tuchel said:'I think that he is going to stay here, no one has said anything to me and I think he will stay.

'It hasn't crossed our minds that he will go, I spoke to him and he hasn't shown any interest about moving.'
