Cesar Azpilicueta captained Chelsea to the Champions League trophy on Saturday, in their 1-0 win over Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
And the veteran defender was the only Spaniard to feature in the Champions League's team of the season.
Both finalists had the most players in the eleven, with Chelsea having Edouard Mendy, Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger and Jorginho, and City represented by Kyle Walker, Ruben Dias, Ilkay Gundogan and Phil Foden.
The Champions League team of the season is: Mendy, Walker, Rudiger, Ruben Dias, Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Gundogan, Foden, Mohamed Salah, Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.
The big surprise is the absence N'Golo Kante who shone for the Blues both in the semi finals against Real Madrid and in the final against City.
