Bacca leaves Milan training as he is close to Villarreal

Carlos Bacca has reportedly left Milan training this afternoon, as a transfer to Villarreal moves closer.

It’s thought the Colombian international wants to return to former club Sevilla, while Marseille are also said to be interested.

The end is near for Carlos Bacca at Milan. In fact, the player arrived at Milanello today at 4:30pm CET, and has left an hour later at 5:30. He has also already been excluded from Montella's list for both Europa League preliminary rounds and it has come to light that he is close to a return to La Liga.

This time, it will be with Villarreal. The Spanish club is working on bringing him to Spain with an initial loan followed by an obligation to purchase. These could be the last hours of Bacca's tenure in rossonero.

This is being taken as an indication that an agreement is close, with the forward ready to complete a return to La Liga.
