Barcelona believe PSG are trying to stop Neymar returning to Camp Nou, according to Sport.
The Blaugrana have done everything possible to get Neymar but in Paris they have been slowing things down because there is another club that wants the Brazilian - Real Madrid. The only way for Barca to break the block is for Neymar to come out and say he only wants to sign for Barcelona.
The player said he would do everything to force a move and he has been doing so, saying he would not return to Paris. PSG have been turning down Barcelona's formulas for the past month and a half, from player trades to a loan with option to buy. Barca think PSG's strategy is to slow them down while they negotiate with Real Madrid.
They know the player has been offered to Juventus and Manchester United, but they rejected the deal. Madrid's appearance has changed the situation.
