Romano said that Barcelona was not flustered after their first offer was rejected, and a new official offer would follow. Rodri also told Manchester City with the utmost respect that he wanted the transfer.
Romano also stated that Barcelona would submit a higher offer, and all parties believe the deal will be reached soon.
