Hansi Flick said it best: “Argh!” A scream, a primal sound forged in the days gone by when primitive man had to ward off danger or announce their presence in anger; now the ferocious explosion of sound-waves through the air can mean many things, emotional pain included.

No words, just an ejection of hurt, a physical manifestation of anger and frustration, the immediate chemical reaction in the brain that comes with seeing your best player on the turf, again, shaking his head as his body gives up quicker than his mind wants it to.
Pedri went down in the second half of Barcelona’s Champions League game against Slavia Prague, a crazy affair that saw them recover from a losing position and go on to win 2-4 in Czechia.
The injured midfielder was the headline-grabber, however, as Barcelona now only have a sheet of discarded wrapping paper from King’s Day separating them from Real Madrid in the league table; in Europe, they’re on the wrong side of the Top-8 divide.
Which games will Pedri miss for FC Barcelona?
As for what’s actually wrong with him, the club revealed the day after the game that the player suffered a “right hamstring injury”, adding that he is “expected” to be out for “a month.”
In a statement, Barcelona said: Tests conducted this morning have confirmed that first team player Pedro González “Pedri” has a right hamstring injury, which he picked up during the game against Slavia Prague yesterday. The recovery time is expected to be one month.
In that time, Barcelona have to play in both LaLiga and the Champions League, as well as a Copa del Rey quarterfinal clash. Here’s a list of their fixtures for the next month:
