Barcelona have confirmed Camp Nou will not be ready to host Sunday's game against Getafe in LaLiga, forcing them to relocate their second match in a week.
Barca last played at Camp Nou in May 2023, with the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys at Montjuic becoming their temporary home during a €1.5billion renovation.
They were due to return to Camp Nou for last Sunday's meeting with Valencia, after playing their first three games of the season away from home.
But they moved that match, which they won 6-0, to the 6,000-capacity Estadi Johan Cruyff – the home of their fourth-tier B team – after failing to get the necessary permits to host fixtures at Camp Nou.
On Tuesday, Barca announced their next league game will also be played at the smaller venue, with the club still unable to get permission to host games at their iconic home.

Barca will visit Newcastle United in the Champions League on Thursday, before going to Real Oviedo in LaLiga a week later.
Their next two home games are a LaLiga match against Real Sociedad on September 28 and a mouthwatering Champions League clash with holders Paris Saint-Germain three days later.
