Bayern would allow Thomas Müller to participate in Tokyo's summer Olympics despite the fact that he would miss a big part of the preparation for next season.

Recently according to reports from Kicker, Germany U-21 coach Stefan Kuntz is planning to call Thomas Muller up for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The Bayern Munich star is almost certainly not going to be included in Jogi Low’s squad for the Euros, but Kuntz may be willing to give him another shot at representing his country.

Muller has revealed that Olympics are not part of his plans: "I don't know what the circumstances should be so that I play the Olympics as clubs will already be preparing for the new season in August. That'd be unusual. I'll put it this way: Never say never. But in concrete terms, the Olympics are not yet part of my plans."

And now new update: According to Bild, Bayern would allow Thomas Müller to participate in Tokyo's summer Olympics despite the fact that he would miss a big part of the preparation for next season. Maybe we will see Thomas in Tokyo this summer.
