Belgium announce squad list for 2026 World Cup: Lukaku & De Bruyne lead, Doku and Courtois in
Belgium has announced its squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Key players including Kevin De Bruyne, Thibaut Courtois, Romelu Lukaku and Jeremy Doku have all been called up, while Carrasco and Opebda have missed out.
Currently ranked 9th in the FIFA World Rankings, Belgium will make its 15th World Cup appearance, with a best finish of third place at the 2018 tournament.
