19' GOAL! Brazil 1-0 Argentina (Jesus)

The Manchester City converts a low cross from Firmino to hand his team the lead. The goal comes from excellent work from Dani Alves. Brazil's captain skips past two challenges before releasing Firmino into the right inside channel. The striker continues the move with a fine low ball across the face of goal. Jesus is well placed to slam home his strike past Armani, who has no chance.

30' OFF THE BAR! Aguero almost scores

Argentina are denied an equaliser by the bar as Aguero sees his header bounce off the woodwork. Messi clips a dangerous cross into the box and the Manchester City man rises highest in the middle. He loops a header towards the net, but it hits the bar and bounces towards a yellow shirt rather than a sky blue one, allowing Brazil to clear the danger.

56' Coutinho comes close!

Jesus spins his way past two challenges on the edge of the Argentina box. He offloads towards Coutinho in the area, but the Barcelona man can only poke his attempt over the bar. The midfielder pounds the ground in frustration.

57' OFF THE POST! Messi almost scores

The forward latches on to a blocked shot from Martinez and takes one touch before hammering a left-footed volley towards the net. However, his effort crashes off the woodwork, boucing away from the net. Messi keeps the attack alive, but his low ball across the face of goal evades Aguero in the middle. Brazil are being put under pressure by La Albiceleste.

71' GOAL! Brazil 2-0 Argentina (Firmino)

The first goal saw Firmino tee up Jesus. The Manchester City man now returns the favour for his team-mate. He produces a brilliant run on the counter at the Argentina defence, beating the challenge of Otamendi to surge into the left inside channel. Jesus keeps his footing under pressure before cutting back onto his right foot. He spots Firmino in acres of space and picks him out.

Match Report

Brazil moved into their first Copa America final since 2007 with a 2-0 win over Argentina in Belo Horizonte on Tuesday.

Gabriel Jesus starred for Tite's men, scoring the opener before setting up Roberto Firmino's sealer in the semi-final at the Estadio Mineirao.

Led by Lionel Messi, Argentina had their chances, hitting the woodwork twice through the star forward and Sergio Aguero.

But their chances were dashed by Firmino's 71st-minute goal as eight-time champions Brazil reached the decider.
