Carvajal and Arnold speed up recovery, aim to catch Clasico

According to Mundo Deportivo, both Carvajal and Arnold have restarted training, targeting this month's Clasico.

Reports suggest that Carvajal and Arnold are recovering from their respective injuries. Their goal is clear: to make it to the national derby on 26 October.

Both have now set foot on the grass at Valdebebas, even as Carvajal has begun touch training. They are training individually but are working hard to get Javi Alonso to marshal them against Barcelona.

Arnold was injured in the Champions League opener against Marseille in September. At the time, his recovery time was expected to be 10 to 12 weeks, so making it in time for the national derby will be difficult for him. However, the England player is working hard to speed up the recovery process to ensure that he can make his comeback in time for the match against Barcelona.

On the other hand, Carvajal was injured in the Madrid derby in September. His recovery period is expected to be four weeks, so even if he makes it to the national derby, time will be very tight. The Spanish player is doing his best to cut the recovery time short and as of now, there is a high possibility that he will be available against Barcelona.
