Two goals from Lauren James handed Chelsea a 3-1 win over Aston Villa to crank up the pressure on leaders Manchester United at the top of the WSL.
James fired Chelsea in front at Kingsmeadow in the 24th minute before Rachel Daly levelled up for the visitors seven-minutes before the interval.
The Blues came out all guns blazing in the second half and James notched her second of the game after good work from Pernille Harder.
Sam Kerr strike finished off the Villians just after the hour mark to keep Emma Hayes' side in second place and on the heels of United with just goal difference separating them ahead of next weekend's showdown between the sides.
