The midfielder emerged as a shock target for French giants Paris Saint-Germain las week, according to The Sun.
Gallagher's displays have caught the eye of former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino and the French giants, who are considering a January move for the England international.

Livramento was named Chelsea Academy's Best Player in 2020-21 but opted to switch west London for the south coast in summer in search of regular game time.
He has been one of the greatest revelations of the season with a goal and an assist in 19 games for the Saints this term.
Noni Madueke is the final English name to make the cut.
