According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Como is interested in Andrea Cambiaso.

As Como is about to embark on its first European campaign in history, coach Fàbregas is facing the challenge of meeting UEFA's "homegrown player rule."

To ensure roster compliance and enhance wing strength, the club has set its sights on the Italian domestic transfer market. Currently, Juventus full-back Andrea Cambiaso is considered an ideal target, as his comprehensive technical characteristics and rich experience highly align with Como's tactical needs. Initial contact has already been made between the two sides.

Although Cambiaso is a core member under current coach Spalletti, in Juventus's rebuilding plan, apart from Yildiz, most players are not untouchable. If a sufficiently high offer is received, Juventus management would consider selling Cambiaso and use the recovered funds to bring in a replacement. Especially if Juventus fails to secure a Champions League spot for next season, the possibility of Cambiaso's departure will further increase.

In addition, Bologna's Cambiaghi (winger) is also among Como's transfer targets.

Currently, the high transfer fee is the main obstacle for Como. Negotiations for Cambiaso are expected to start as high as 30 million euros, far exceeding other alternatives like Cambiaghi. Besides Cambiaso, Como is also closely monitoring Parisi, L.Pellegrini, and Roma's rising star Venturino. Although the competition is fierce and difficult, Como will still try its best to sign this top Serie A full-back at the beginning of the transfer window.
