The viral England fan, who has travelled the world watching England play, was once again spotted cheering on Gareth Southgate's side as they began their Euro 2024 campaign against Serbia in Germany on Sunday evening.

Andy Milne went viral for supporting England at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, with some on social media claiming that he looked like former England manager Steve McLaren.

The supporter has become a cult figure among Three Lions supporters after he was snapped in Qatar hoisting a replica of the Jules Rimet Trophy during England's 3-0 victory against Senegal.

Fans had also nicknamed him 'World Cup Guy' and was also pictured following England's Lionesses during their 2023 Women's World Cup campaign out in Australia.

Milne, a retired teacher, was also spotted supporting Manchester United at the 2022 Carabao Cup final in Wembley.

It appears he wasn't going to let another opportunity to support England at a major tournament slip by, with Milne being spotted on BBC Match of the Day's coverage of their opening game against Serbia in Gelsenkirchen.

He was spotted cheering into the camera before stepping back lapping up the atmosphere inside the Veltins Arena.

Fans were enamoured at Milne's dedication to watching England with one writing: 'This guy follows England everywhere!'

One added with a 'laughing face' emoji: 'This man really does get everywhere!'

'He's absolutely living the dream. What a guy,' said another, while one wrote: 'Absolutely love this man.'

But Milne really has been around the world watching football, with the 2022 tournament having been the eighth time he has attended the tournament.

'This is my eighth World Cup but it is the first time that I have been able to do so many games,' he told The Mirror back in 2022.

"It is a retirement present to myself, I have been saving for four years.'
