De Bruyne and David Silva have been with Manchester City for five years since 2015. Hazard has been playing alongside de Bruyne for the Belgian national team since 2010.
On the question of who will choose between the two, De Bruyne said: "It's a really tricky question, and I think I will choose Hazard because Hazard is special. Silva may be more consistent, but Hazard has qualities that many players in the world don't have, so I'll choose Hazard.
