@hibabdikp: Conte's Chelsea plays football with flair than Mourinho's Chelsea which was only aimed at winning a game regardless of how the team played.
The two of them are defensive minded but Conte still attacks in every match, as Mourinho could defend all through the match.
Conte and Mourinho are the same in terms of relationship with players; they both do not know how to handle/deal with issues concerning players and the team which should make a player adapt to what the team expects or wants.
In all, they are both tacticians and not coaches that groom players like Arsene Wenger
@simabrams: The major difference is the fact that in Jose Mourinho's days in Chelsea he keeps the back line defence and midfield strong. He builds and win games from his midfield and defence tactical formation. Mourinho is not purely an attacking football minded coach.
Conte at this time wants a strong attack and 7yet want to be tactically defensive and it's the greatest challenge and difference in his philosophy with Mourinho's tactics in Chelsea.
Mourinho mostly rely on one point man up front to pick up counter attack passes but Conte wants to attack and attack to win, which always exposes his back line as weak.
