Douglas Costa (30) and Tiago Dantas (20) will leave FC Bayern Munich, the record champions made that official on Friday.
In the case of Costa, the German champions agreed on an "early termination of the contract", in the case of Dantas, the parties agreed not to extend the loan agreement with Benfica Lisbon.
Costa was loaned out by Juventus Turin for a season last summer. In this, the winger was used in a total of 20 competitive games. A hairline crack in his foot has paralyzed the Brazilian since February. Dantas was allowed to play twice with the professionals and seven times in the third division team.
"Douglas Costa and Tiago Dantas won the German championship again this season with us. We would like to thank both of them and wish them all the best for their future," said sports director Hasan Salihamidzic's brief farewell words.
