According to La Nazione, Roma is not currently in talks with Shaarawy to renew his contract. In this situation, Fiorentina has turned its attention to the former Italy international for potential signings.
The report further states that, in addition to El Shaarawy, there may be a deal between Fiorentina and Roma involving Baldanzi and Nicolò Fortini.
