Barcelona boss Hansi Flick has indicated that he would be open to moves for Manchester United and Liverpool stars in the summer transfer window.
Flick has enjoyed a hugely impressive first season at Barcelona which has included winning LaLiga and the Copa del Rey.
Despite that success, Flick is eager to strengthen his squad further with new wingers high on the agenda.
Lamine Yamal and Raphinha both played key parts for Barcelona this season but Flick is eager for further depth in that area of the pitch.
As reported by The Athletic, Flick said: 'This is what we have talked about with the club. In the last matches maybe we did not have a lot of options in that position… so we have to bring more options to the team and more quality. This is the job from Deco, is clear, and I will support him.'
Barcelona will hope that new acquisitions will help them get over the line in the Champions League next season after they were eliminated in the semi-finals this year.
Barcelona sporting director Deco confirmed this week that the club are interested in signing Luis Diaz and Marcus Rashford.
As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Deco said: 'We like Luis and we like Rashford, but we can't speak about players who are under contract. For me, the priority is to improve what we already have at home.'
Flick said: 'I don't want to speak about players which are not in my team, but of course Luis Diaz and Marcus Rashford are fantastic players. I like them and we'll see what happens.'
Diaz was part of the Liverpool side that won the Premier League title this season - scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists in 35 appearances.
Rashford, meanwhile, impressed on loan at Aston Villa in the second half of the campaign and is set to return to Manchester United this summer.
Both players possess plenty of experience and could prove to be useful options for Barcelona should they join the club.
It remains to be seen whether Liverpool would be willing to let Diaz depart, with the Colombia international having two years remaining on his contract.
Speaking earlier this month, Diaz indicated that he was relaxed regarding his contract situation.
Speaking to Telemundo, Diaz said: 'Yes, happy. From the first day I arrived, I've always been happy, calm, enjoying the football played at this great team.
'We'll be talking about it, we'll talk about it (about the renewal). For me, I would stay however many years it takes, it also depends on the club, everything.
'These are details that are sorted out separately. Very calm, I'm happy and enjoying the Premier League.'
Villa could look to sign Rashford permanently and there is likely to be much interest from other clubs in the England international.
