Frankie de Jong is burning with desire to start playing for Barcelona. The midfielder spoke to Esporte Interativo after Holland's defeat by Portugal in the Nations League.
"Now I'm only thinking about holidays and my presentation at Barca, that I still don't know when it will be," said De Jong.
Asked about Barca's Brazilian midfielder Arthur, he said: "he's a fantastic player and I can't wait to play with him. He's got a lot of confidence with the ball, his technique is really good and it's very hard to get the ball off him. Of course we can play together, why not?
Asked about whether Matthijs de Ligt should join him, De Jong said: "It's his choice. He should decide his future with his family and friends and we'll see where he goes."
