Brighton vs Manchester City
16:00 CET, Sunday
Manchester City have won their last 13 league matches and know that one more victory will see them crowned champions. City have beaten Brighton twice already this season and you wouldn't back against them making it three from three on Sunday.
Pep Guardiola could name the same XI that started the 1-0 win over Leicester City, though Leroy Sane and Gabriel Jesus are pushing for starts.
Probable Line-ups
Liverpool vs Wolves
16:00 CET, Sunday
Liverpool must better Manchester City's result to win the Premier League. Jurgen Klopp's side will be full of confidence after trouncing Barcelona 4-0 on Wednesday to progress to the successive Champions League finals
Firmino and Salah are both doubts for Liverpool, though the latter is more likely to recover from injury in time to start against Wolves. Origi could be rewarded with another start for Liverpool after scoring twice against Barcelona in midweek.
Probable Line-ups
Tottenham vs Everton
16:00 CET, Sunday
Tottenham secured their spot in the Champions League final in dramatic fashion with a late Lucas Moura winner on Wednesday night and will be full of confidence ahead of Sunday's welcome of Everton.
Son Heung-Min and Juan Foyth were both sent off in Tottenham's 1-0 loss at Bournemouth so miss out. Aurier will be assessed for the home side, while Vertonghen is unlikely to be risked after sustaining an ankle injury against Ajax, with either Eric Dier or Ben Davies expected to start alongside Alderweireld in defence.
Probable Line-ups
Manchester United vs Cardiff
16:00 CET, Sunday
In order to finish in five place, Manchester United have to better Arsenal's result on the final day of the season. Other than that, this game means nothing for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side. United have endured a miserable end to the season, winning just two of their last 11 matches in all competitions.
Valencia will leave the club when his contract expires this summer and he will hope to turn out at Old Trafford as a United player for the final time this weekend. He hasn't played for United since the start of January.
Probable Line-ups
Burnley vs Arsenal

Arsenal cannot finish fourth but Emery will be keen to avoid finishing sixth, as a Watford win in the FA Cup final would force them to start next season in early July if they lose the Europa League final later this month.
Shkodran Mustafi could provide fresh legs in Arsenal's defence if Emery rotates here. Aubameyang heads into the final day of the campaign two goals behind Mohamed Salah in the race to finish as the league's top scorer.

Getafe have lost just two of their last 15 league matches, leaving Los Azulones three points clear of fifth place and in pole position for Champions League qualification.
Luis Suarez is set to go under the knife with a knee injury, ruling the Uruguayan out for the rest of the season. Ivan Rakitic and Sergio Busquets are both back after suspension and should feature in central midfield alongside Arthur.

Real Madrid have lost one of their last six league clashes, but will likely struggle for motivation given that finishing second is extremely unlikely.
Karim Benzema is still an injury doubt for the visitors, which should see Mariano Diaz retain his place up front. Fede Valverde is expected to get further minutes under Zinedine Zidane, with Toni Kroos potentially sitting out.
Probable Line-ups
Roma vs Juventus
20:30 CET, Sunday
Juventus do not really have a horse in this race, except maybe a bit of rivalry against Roma versus helping Atalanta getting their spot in the Champions League. But they will play for victory in both games as it's in their DNA.
Paulo Dybala is back available and expected to make the squad. Moise Kean could keep him out of the starting XI, however. Cristiano Ronaldo is chasing the top scorer title but he starts the weekend four goals behind leading marksman Fabio Quagliarela.
