Fulham have reportedly demanded Liverpool pay £7million for teenage sensation Harvey Elliott, with the decision set to be made by an independent tribunal.
The whizzkid, 16, moved to Liverpool this summer after becoming the youngest player in Premier League history when he came on as a substitute during Fulham's game against Wolves in May aged 16 years and 30 days.
The Cottagers are able to command a fee for Elliott due to the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), which aids the development of home-grown players.
No fee was agreed when Elliott swapped Craven Cottage for Anfield and no talks are taking place between the clubs, The Times report.
