Turkish Super Lig side Galatasaray have released an update on the injury sustained by Victor Osimhen during the club’s encounter against Kasimpasa last Saturday.
Osimhen opened his goal account for Okan Buruk’s side in the game, hitting target in the 20th and 28th minutes respectively.

The striker said after the game “I do not have a serious injury. I felt a little discomfort. I thought I should tell my coach. If I reduced the team, it would be bad. I did not want my other friends’ performance to decrease. I told Mauro and the coach. That is why I left the game.”
Galatasaray on Tuesday provided an update on the injury.
“The treatment of our football player Victor Osimhen, who felt pain in his upper left posterior muscle during the Kasımpaşa match in the seventh week of the Trendyol Super League and who was diagnosed with strain (strain and bleeding) in his upper left posterior muscle group during his check-ups at our sponsor hospital Medicana today, has been started,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.”
