Real Madrid stars battled with stormy conditions as they took to the training pitch on Sunday for the first time since arriving for their US tour.

Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema were the big names on display with Toni Kroos also present for the session at Florida International University in Miami.
Julen Lopetegui took charge of the session and kept a watchful eye out from the sidelines as his players were put through their paces.

The Madrid stars begun with fitness drills before focusing on ball-related exercises.
Despite the pouring rain, they stayed out on the pitch for over an hour as Lopetegui geared them up for their clash against Manchester United on Wednesday.
Madrid are yet to play a fixture since defeating Liverpool in the Champions League back in May.
Wednesday's game will mark the beginning of a new era for the Spanish giants, having seen Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane both leave the club in the summer.

All eyes will be on Bale, who has been assured of a key role this season after holding crunch talks with the board and the new boss.
The Welshman will be keen to lay down a marker of intent when they take on United, who were interested in signing him earlier in the window.
The La Liga side have three friendlies scheduled while they are in the States and face Juventus and Roma afterwards in the International Champions Cup later next month.
