Match Report
Monday's result means that the Netherlands will join Portugal, England and Switzerland in next June's finals after they topped Group A1.
The away side needed to avoid defeat to Joachim Low's side to guarantee their place in the semi-finals, and first half strikes from Timo Werner and Leroy Sane appeared to be enough to see them off on the night.
However, late goals from Quincy Promes and Virgil van Dijk stunned the Germans, and France, as the Dutch surged through into the next stage.
The Oranje had been heavily tipped to go on and make the final four after an impressive Nations League campaign that saw them beat Germany at home in October and France away last Friday.
