Mason Greenwood has been pictured in Getafe colours for the first time since completing a deadline day loan move from Manchester United.
The Spanish club will not be paying a fee for the English forward, but will cover a small contribution for his wages for the duration of the loan.
Greenwood hasn't played competitive football since December 2021, after he was arrested in January 2022 on suspicion of a number of offences including attempted rape.
The 21-year-old was subsequently suspended by the club, however, in February the Crown Prosecution Service subsequently dropped the charges after key witnesses withdrew and new material came to light.
And now, after sealing a temporary move to Spain, the first images of Greenwood with the club's colours have emerged on social media.
The club's official Twitter page shared an image of Greenwood in Getafe colours on Monday night following his shocking move to Spain.
The winger had a smile on his face as he held up the club's home strip and posed alongside a large version of their club badge.
It was confirmed on Monday that the winger will wear the number 12 for the LaLiga side during this season.
Getafe posted a video of jubilant fans on social media after news broke he was to join the Madrid-based club for the season. The club finished 15th in Spain's top-flight last season.
There was also interest in signing Greenwood from Lazio, Olympiacos and Red Star Belgrade before he made the move to Spain.
Lazio held extensive talks over signing the forward on deadline day last Friday but ran out of time to complete a deal with United.
