Pep Guardiola has expressed relief after winning the Champions League with the Man City boss stating this 'f****** trophy is so difficult to win.'
City were crowned European champions for the first time after beating Inter Milan 1-0 at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.
Rodri's second half strike proved the difference between the two sides as City completed a historic Treble.
The triumph marked the third time Guardiola has won the Champions League as a manager, with the Spaniard last lifting the trophy in 2011.
'[I feel] tired, calm, satisfied of course, this f****** trophy is so difficult to win,' Guardiola told BT Sport.
'We had to be patient, be patient, the last time we were 1-0 down in Porto, but this time it was 0-0 which was something.
'You have to be lucky as well in this competition, at the end there was the save from Ederson where they could draw
'This competition is a coin (flip).
'I think it was written in the stars this season and we did it.'
