Eden Hazard faces a race against time to be fit for Sunday's Premier League clash against Burnley after picking up a back problem.
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri confirmed the Belgian star will sit out Thursday night's Europa League encounter with BATE.
Sarri said: "He’s got a back problem. We’re trying to solve the problem for Sunday. [Ethan] Ampadu is also out."
Hazard has netted eight times in all competitions this season and tops the Premier League's scoring charts.
