Japan's new international, Shuto Nakano, spoke to Japanese media upon returning to his club.

On His Long-Distance Throw-Ins
"When I was a child, I aspired to be a baseball player, so I'm quite confident in my shoulder strength. My long-distance throw-ins should be a significant threat to opposing teams, especially with so many of our players good at aerial duels. If I can deliver quality balls into dangerous areas, it will increase our scoring chances."
"Crosses and shots from set pieces are weapons for me, not just in terms of direct goal contributions. I want to showcase this more. I believe that remaining composed in these situations—even among many Europe-based players—and continuing to deliver will create more scoring opportunities."
"In a four-back system, when Takefusa Kubo and I link up play intricately, if a teammate overlaps, it adds depth to our attack. I tried to play very aggressively with this in mind today."
"Against high-quality opponents, even a moment's hesitation can lead to conceding. I was always mindful that the more we attack, the more we must be defensively aware, while still building attacking depth."
"I don't want to treat this experience as just a memory. I can only view everything from these two weeks positively, study the footage, and improve."
"Although we didn't have much time to build understanding, if long-distance throw-ins can become a weapon for the national team, that would be my unique contribution."
