Harry Kane is making the most out of the first winter break of his football career as he has been soaking up the sun with his family on holiday.
The England captain at this time of year has become accustomed to the busy fixture schedule that the Premier League presents over the festive season.
In fact, he has scored more Boxing Day goals in the Premier League than any other player, with ten during his time at Tottenham.
One of the biggest perks of his £100m move to Bayern Munich is that he gets to spend more time with his family over the holidays, with the Bundesliga not set to resume until January 12.
Boxing Day marked a big change for Kane this year, as his wife Kate shared a picture of her husband and the children at the beach on Instagram.
Pictured looking out to sea with three of his four children, Kate captioned the image with a heart emoji and the words: 'My loves.'
She also shared another picture with one of their daughters wearing reindeer antlers on her head with the caption: 'Boxing Day vibes'.
Kate's picture appears to show that Kane has lived up to vow that he would wind up his friends in England by spending time at the beach - while they are focused on football matters back home.
He recently said: 'We're going somewhere hot, so we'll spend 10 days and just enjoy that time.
'I'm going to text all my mates in England a picture of me on the beach somewhere.'
On the Christmas festivities, he said: 'I can't wait. I'm really looking forward to it. It's been tough here without the family for these four months, without the kids and without the wife.'
Kane had been living by himself in a £10,000-per-night suite since he joined the Bundesliga club, with his family remaining in England.
He has found a luxury villa for the family to live in - based in a small town south of Munich which is just under 10 miles from Bayern's training ground.
Kane is to be joined at the family home by Kate and their four children - Ivy, 6, Vivienne, 5, Louis, 2, and Henry, born on August 20 this year.
He recently shared an image on Instagram of himself with hotel staff as he bade farewell to the establishment.
'A massive thank you to the hotel staff who have made me feel at home since moving to Munich.' The 30-year-old wrote. 'It's been a huge part of being able to settle in so well.
'[Thomas Muller] was worried my room was getting too small so time to check out and into a place of my own with my family.'
Amazon Prime leant into Kane's first winter break to promote their matches this week, by showing the striker attempting a series of Christmas activities to fill his time.
Kane was seen decorating a Christmas tree with a golden boot and playing charades with England and Spurs midfielder James Maddison in the advert.
He was also seen failing a festive baking before settling down to watch Premier League matches.
In the time between Bayern Munich's 2-1 win over Wolfsburg on December 20 and their next match with Hoffenheim on January 12, Tottenham would have played four matches.
This could be a boost to England boss Gareth Southgate that Kane is fresher going into 2024, with the European Championship to come at the end of the season.
