According to L'Equipe, the French team conducted a heat acclimatization training session at Bentley University on Thursday. Rabiot and Saliba were rested, and the French coaching staff was not concerned. The 26 French players completed their first training session after arriving at Bentley University in Waltham, near Boston. It was a light training session, focusing on coping with the intense heat, with temperatures still reaching 32 degrees Celsius in the shade.

The training time also aligned with next week's match against Senegal. After warm-ups and technical drills, the French team split into three groups for small-sided games. Rabiot and Saliba did not participate, instead running with the fitness coach. Those close to the French team stated that their condition did not cause any concern. After training, the French team returned directly to their base at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Boston for treatment and quick recovery.
