Footage of Lisandro Martinez's wild celebrations after Amad Diallo's dramatic winner for Manchester United against Liverpool has emerged.

The defender watched from a director's box at Old Trafford, as he witnessed his side produce an epic 4-3 comeback victory in the FA Cup quarter-final clash earlier this month.

Diallo sent Old Trafford into a frenzy, after scoring a 121st minute winner in one of the games of the season, to knock their bitter rivals out of the tournament.

Fresh footage posted on social media has now shown Martinez's passionate reaction to his team-mate's winner, as he missed the game with a knee injury.

In a video posted by @LichaaaMarti on X (formerly Twitter), Martinez can be wildly shaking his fists up in the air after the 21-year-old's late goal.

He then threw a jab to the side of him, as the Argentine international was visibly seen shouting in celebration as the fans sitting in front of the director's box jumped up and down and started hugging each other.

The video also shows Diallo running off to the corner flag with his team-mate's after scoring the biggest goal of his young career to date.

After being shared by a Manchester United fan account, the video has received over 316,000 views as of the time of writing, and supporters were pleased to see his reaction.

One fan wrote: 'Man, what a gem we have on our hands... the ultimate will run through brick walls for the team guy.'

Another commented: 'Pure passion with talent to back it, the butcher will be back when it matters and Onana is bagging the Golden Glove.'

@Neyo added: 'I love this guy. He's so passionate about everything.

'If most players in Man Utd can be this passionate with their job, then we are good to go.'

A fourth fan wrote: 'You can feel the passion... what a player,' while a fifth said: 'This guy just gets it.'

After an excellent debut season at Old Trafford, the current campaign has been plagued by injuries for the Argentine World Cup winner.

He missed a considerable amount of time with a foot injury, and after returning against Tottenham on January 14, he played just two further games before picking up a knee injury.

Martinez was called up for the Argentina squad for the international break to train with his team-mates, and United boss Erik ten Hag will hope to have him back sooner rather than later, to help aid their push to qualify for the Champions League.
