The Real Madrid player who has been loaned to Mallorca spoke to 'Marca' about some aspects related to his stage in the lower categories at Barca.
Asked by who has been his idol in football, he said that “It has always been Messi. I don't know how old he is now, but it's amazing that he keeps scoring so many goals.”
“There are still journalists who call me Japanese Messi. It's an honour to be compared to such a player, but I still have a lot to be like him one day.” He also explained that “I did not meet him in person, although I asked for his autographs when I am in La Masia”.
