MANCHESTER UNITED are reportedly considering a move for Chelsea star Nicolas Jackson.
The Blues have set a £100million asking price for the striker.
Jackson is facing a fight for his place at Stamford Bridge following the summer arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap.
But Chelsea are in no rush to sell and have negotiating power given he is tied down to the club until 2033.
The forward, 24, is attracting attention from a number of suitors, according to Sky Sports.
United are keeping tabs while Aston Villa could make a move - boss Unai Emery is a long-term admirer and gave Jackson his debut at Villarreal.
AC Milan are also in need of a striker and appear keen, but are unwilling to match Chelsea's valuation.
United are still prioritising a move for Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo.
So far the Bees have rejected two bids from the Red Devils for Mbeumo, worth up to £60million.
And they have been warned there will be no deal if they don't meet the forward's £65m price tag.

Jackson lost his place in the Chelsea team to Pedro at the Club World Cup, with former Blues star John Obi Mikel expressing doubt over his future.
He said: "I think that sends a massive message to Jackson."
