Goals in each half from Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial got the Red Devils back to winning ways after losses to Arsenal and Wolves in the Premier League and FA Cup, despite Abdoulaye Doucoure's late strike.
It was a mostly uninspiring performance from United at Old Trafford, but the result moves them back into the top four at the end of a week in which Solskjaer was confirmed as their next full-time boss on a three-year deal.

Mata runs into the box to collect a corner and then plays into the middle. The ball bounces around and then falls for Martial about 10 yards out and he fires a shot down the middle at Foster, who saves sharply.

Pereyra gets the ball on the edge of the box and looks to finish with a low shot at the near post, but De Gea reacts sharply and tips it behind.

They've hardly been out of their half since the interval, but United have surely secured victory with a second goal.
Lingard gets the ball in the box and plays into the middle for Martial, who is right on the line of onside/offside. Foster dives at Martial's feet to block his flick towards goal but the loose ball falls for Martial to finish from a couple of yards out.

A well-deserved goal for Watford, and it's a good one too.
Doucoure brings down a high ball by playing into the feet of Success. He plays it back through the legs of Deeney to Doucoure, who takes a touch to get in on goal and then finishes past De Gea.
