Paul Pogba has rocked Manchester United fans by publicly admitting he wants a new challenge elsewhere and that it might be the right time to leave.
Pogba has now thrown a spanner in the works by admitting he is open to leaving Manchester United for a new challenge - and Red Devils supporters are not happy.
Speaking in Japan, Pogba told reporters: "Like you said, there is a lot of talking and a lot of thinking as well.
"After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well... I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else.
"I am thinking of this: to have a new challenge somewhere else."
Reacting on social media, United fans hit out at Pogba claiming he has enjoyed his 'best season' at the club.
One fan tweeted: "Pogba, my best season! Most of his goals were penalties. He hardly moved on the pitch. Go to Madrid see how long they'll put up with you."
Another added: "With my season being my best season. What finishing 6th and winning f*** all? In a bit mate. I'm glad he's going.
"Nothing but controversy with him. £150million [will be] the best bit of business we will do all summer!"
