Pep Guardiola sensationally urges his players to passionately 'hate' him, if that is what it takes for them to go out onto the pitch and put in a performance to ensure victory, Amazon's exclusive documentary has revealed.

The media giants have finally given the grand release to the full trailer of their upcoming docuseries 'All or Nothing' filmed exclusively with the Premier League champions over the course of their historic 2017/18 campaign.

The every move of Guardiola's side was monitored by the TV giants, giving a unique perspective of one of the most breathtaking top flight title victories of all time.

During the season City surged to victory and broke the record for the most points obtained in a campaign - but the dark side of what it takes to achieve such feats has now been revealed.

'I will defend you until the last day of our lives in the press conferences, but here I am going to tell you the truth,' Guardiola can be heard saying to a packed dressing room following a rare defeat.

The fly-on-the-wall series has managed to capture the otherwise unseen intimate moments, raw and unfiltered, with players seen to be visibly shaken and angry as Guardiola delivers scathing reviews of their performances.

In another teasing clip, Guardiola can be seen telling his players that they perform to a higher level when they are angry with him - while urging them to do so.

'Some of you play better when you're angry with me so if you hate me, hate me guys! No problem at all,' said the Spaniard.

The stresses and strains are truly revealed, particularly when City were famously defeated by Wigan in the FA Cup.

Midfielder Fabian Delph can be seen launching all his fury at the dressing room door at the DW Stadium, while inside the changing room John Stones throws his kit to the floor in a fit of rage.

In May Amazon teased fans with a brief 30-second flash of footage, giving a curious insight into the mechanics of City.

Now the full trailer is available for all to view, with the complete documentary set to come out on Friday, August 17.

City cruised to the title and demolished almost everything in their path to shatter an English record of the 100-points mark, and now fans can get a glimpse of how it all came together.
