By scoring a double against Marseille at the Stade Vélodrome on Sunday night, Kylian Mbappé reached 200 goals for Paris Saint-Germain, equalling Edinson Cavani as the club’s all-time top scorer across all competitions.

It’s a staggering feat at only 24 years of age, made all the more impressive by the fact that the World Cup winner has reached that tally in 55 fewer games than the Uruguayan (246 to Cavani’s 301). His scoring rate, though, remains slightly below that of Zlatan Ibrahimović, on 156 in 180 games.

The records didn’t stop there – as pointed out by Statsdufoot, yesterday’s performance was also Mbappé’s 50th double for the club, and saw him before the all-time top scorer in the Classique, with 8 goals, ahead of Ibrahimović.

As reported by L’Équipe in today’s issue, the majority of Mbappé’s 200 strikes have been right-footed (152), 43 have been left-footed and just two have come from headers. 185 have been scored in the box, and 105 have come in away matches.
