Luka Modric is seeking assurances from AC Milan chiefs before committing for another season.

Milan are eager for the veteran midfielder to sign a new 12-month contract.
But Modric, reports transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, wants guarantees from Milan that they will show ambition in the summer market.
Romano reported on his YouTube channel: "Modric wants to ensure, first and foremost, that Milan is in the Champions League next season. His relationship with Max Allegri is strong, and that's also a factor. Modric has great respect for Allegri and vice-versa.
"He expects Milan to be up to par in terms of the squad that will be available next year, given that they'll have to compete in a European competition."
