Previously, renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Milan and Lazio defender Mario Gila had reached an agreement, and his long-time partner, prominent reporter Matteo Moretto, later revealed further details.
Matteo Moretto stated that Milan's new management adjusted their financial offer to Mario Gila, and the Spanish defender once again gave the nod to the Rossoneri.
At this point, Milan and the defender have reached a comprehensive agreement. A five-year contract is on the table, featuring annual increases and a total annual salary exceeding 5 million euros including bonuses (Editor's note: Mario Gila can still enjoy tax benefits).
