Talking about Carrick
"If you are Guardiola or Arteta, when the news of Carrick being appointed as the head coach is announced, will they sit there and think... will they be afraid of him? When will someone like Michael Carrick usher in an opportunity to start making progress? We can see the players he signs. So as we have seen, if he has that kind of character... Michael Carrick's demeanor, his personality, he seems to be able to cope with the hustle and bustle from the outside... but will he be allowed to grow?"
