The seven-year-old sat alongside his father as the Paris Saint-Germain forward spoke to the media prior to the friendly match on Friday night.
Brazil, who have been working at Arsenal's London Colney training ground, face their South American rivals at the Emirates Stadium.
Neymar uploaded three photos on to Instagram on Thursday evening of his son at the Gunners training base.
The caption read: 'My best mate. Daddy loves you.'
Davi was a special guest at Brazil's training session during the World Cup in the summer. Neymar took regular breaks from sessions to check up on his son.
Earlier this week the 26-year-old posted two photos of himself hugging his son alongside the caption: 'My little boy.'
In his press conference, Neymar praised Arsenal manager Unai Emery, claiming his former boss will 'bring good things' to the Premier League side.
Following Brazil's match against Uruguay, Tite's side play a friendly against Cameroon at Stadium MK on Tuesday evening.
