Neymar shares new footage of his 'dive' after PSG star is slammed in pre-season

NEYMAR has shared footage of his "world class dive" from a different angle in an attempt to prove he DIDN'T flop.

Fans ripped into Neymar, 30, after he pulled off a seemingly theatrical fall in a meaningless pre-season friendly.

And after supporters laid into him on social media, the winger posted the new video on Twitter with the 'shrugging' emoji.

The latest view appears to show the Brazilian getting clipped with a trailing leg after Gamba Osaka defender Genta Miura went to ground to try and tackle him.

Neymar deleted the video shortly afterwards.

The Paris Saint-Germain star had taken a tumble as he tried to win a penalty in the nothing match against the Japanese side.

Dribbling with the ball in the box, Neymar cleverly used his left foot to cut back inside to open up the chance to shoot or cross with his right.

But instead of doing that, he crumpled to the floor upon what seems to be the merest of touches.

While it looked like Miura made the SLIGHTEST bit of contact with Neymar, the Brazilian immediately hit the deck - with many fans certain it was a blatant dive.

The referee bought a ticket to Neymar's theatre show though and awarded PSG a penalty for Miura's challenge.

Neymar then picked himself up from the deck to coolly slot home from the spot.

The 30-year-old netted twice in a routine 6-2 win for PSG over their Japanese opponents.

Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe also scored a goal each, as did Nuno Mendes and Pablo Sarabia.

Despite playing for the club during pre-season, Neymar's future at PSG remains uncertain.

One user still wasn't convinced, writing: "The problem is not even the penalty itself, but the staging of Ney afterwards, that's why he became a joke."
