According to the Spanish newspaper El Pais, Neymar wants to return to Barcelona to reunite with friends Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, but his father wants him to join Real Madrid.
However, Barca have been unable to convince PSG and Real Madrid have given up on him.
The Spanish media reports that Madrid had not planned to lure him from PSG since Zinedine Zidane took over in March and neither Mbappe nor Neymar was a target. Barca, on the other hand, are looking forward to a dream squad of Messi, Suarez, Griezmann and Neymar.
But for Neymar, Real Madrid and Barcelona are under pressure from the salary cap, and both must sell high-salary players to make room.
