Al-Ittihad has terminated the contract with 34-year-old French midfielder N'Golo Kanté.
Al-Ittihad officially announced that the club has agreed to buy out the remaining term of the existing contract of first-team player Kanté. The club highly values his performance and contributions during his time with the team, during which he helped the team win the Saudi Professional League title and the Saudi King's Cup title. The club also wishes him all the best in his subsequent career.
This means Kanté has become a free agent. According to journalist Romano's report, once approved by FIFA, Kanté will transfer to Fenerbahçe.
